General Information: This thin-skinned variety has excellent flavor and is never bitter. Vines bear extremely early and are very productive. Adaptable to a variety of climates. Excellent fresh or pickled. A favorite variety from the Middle East region.
Persian cucumbers have fewer seeds than any other cucumber and they can be used in salads or diced and sautéed, as you would zucchini. They can also be simmered and blended into a soup to be served either hot or chilled.
