General Information: These green-skin eggplants are about 6" long and 1" across. This variety is very popular in southern Asia. This straight, glossy, long green eggplant is used extensively in Thai cuisine. Cultivated for its tender skin and flesh, this very early maturing variety has a green calyx. This mild eggplant absorbs the wonderful curries and spices used in Thai cooking. Beautiful long slender fruits have tender light-green skin that does not require peeling. Tender, fine quality white flesh with mild pleasant flavor.
