General Information: This banana is 4-6" long and 1 1/2 to 2 " round. The skin, or peel, is maroon to dark purple when ripe. The meat is white, but at times may have a slight tinge of pink. This banana can be quite sweet and sticky. Exquisite when combined in fruit salads or cooked for dessert. Rich in potassium
