This tuber was named the Masquerade variety because the potatoes look like a yellow potato wearing a purple mask. In Los Angeles, a similar variety got the nickname "Laker Baker" because of the distinct purple and yellow colors. Available in 50 pound cases for a delicious and unique holiday season offering. Finally, this is a purple potato that really tastes delicious because of its yellow flesh genes.
