Thyme Roasted Garlic
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1headfresh garlic
1tspolive oil
1tspfresh thyme leaves, chopped
1tspsalt
1/4tspfresh ground black pepper

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut garlic head in half, width-wise. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with thyme, salt & fresh ground black pepper. Wrap both halves of garlic head in aluminum foil. Place on small baking pan and roast until soft, about 40-50 minutes. Serve with warm French bread or crackers.
